Happy Thanksgiving!

We celebrated Thanksgiving here in the U.S. a couple weeks ago.  I didn't take the opportunity to be really creative this year with our menu but it was still good.  We had the apple-glazed asparagus in my previous post, mashed potatoes with caramelized onions, chickpea cutlets, the best gravy ever, vegan slow cooker dressing, cranberry relish, (a raw recipe made by my awesome friend-I think it was the best thing on the table-I need to get the recipe!) and a few other fruits and veggies.  We had turkey and white rolls for non-veggies guests.  Oh and of course, dessert.  It was a great day.  I think I'm going non-traditional for Christmas though.  Something more exciting.  I'm already planning...
