Microwaved Baked Apples

This is the easiest 5 minute treat out there! It reminds me of my Mom's apple crisp recipe we ate on special occasions growing up. It could maybe only be improved with my friend's candied walnuts on top. (walnuts sauteed with honey)

1 apple (they say honey crisp holds it's shape best but I did it with fuji apples)
2 tbl frozen berries (I used cherries)
2 tsp agave nectar (or other sweetener)
dash of cinnamon
Core out apple (just scoop out apple with knife and spoon) but leave bottom of apple intact. Place in microwave safe deep dish. Fill apple with frozen berries, drizzle agave nectar over, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with a lid and microwave for 3-5 minutes, checking for softness after 3.
