Ready for a treat?
1 T oil
1 clove garlic minced (have you discovered it in the tube? just keep it in the fridge and you'll never mince garlic again)
2 cups spinach, chopped
2 or 3 carrots, grated
1 med onion, diced (I'm too smart to dice it though, I just grate it)
3 T sesame seeds
1 pkg wonton wrappers (Usually found by the tofu in the corner of produce)
1 T flax seed + 3 T water- let sit (replaces an egg)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 t ginger (optional)
3 T soy sauce
Sautee first 6 ingredients. Add to remaining ingredients. Put a wonton/ravioli wrapper down, put on a little scoop of filling, wet the edges with water (with your finger or if you own one :) a pastry brush). Fry in a little oil and drain.
