This raw dip is amazing! I didn't believe there wasn't sour cream or something like that in it the first time I had it.
2 cups walnuts
3 stalks celery
1 large red pepper
1 large scallion
1 t. sea salt
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
