White Bean Ravioli


2 cups cooked white beans (great northern or cannellini)
2 T oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 small onions, thinly sliced
1 T lemon juice
1 T fresh/ 1 t dried sage
1 pkg wonton/ ravioli wrappers

Puree the beans. Sautee onions and garlic; add other ingredients. Add everything and stuff ravioli wrappers. Boil in water until they float, about 3 mins. Don't crowd the water. After you drain them add a little oil so they don't stick to each other until you serve. Serve with spaghetti sauce, other tomato basil sauce, or good pesto.
